Q. OUR READERS HAVE ASKED US HOW YOU GET FABULOUS-LOOKING ABS LIKE YOURS. WHAT’S YOUR SECRET FORMULA?
A. It’s mostly about food and partly about exercise.

Q. HOW MUCH IN PERCENTAGE?
80% food. 20% exercise.

My stepmother is a nutritionist so I have sound in-house food and diet advice.

Q. HOW ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS?
A. I don’t take any supplements because I eat properly.


NUTRITION – 80%

Q. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL US WHAT YOU EAT?
A.  I eat food that reduces weight and encourages muscle growth.

Q. WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR BREAKFAST?
A. I have oatmeal. 2 egg whites. Fruit. Coffee.

Q. COFFEE?
A. I like coffee. It’s got nothing to do with my nutritional objectives. Just personal taste.

Q. BREAD?
A. No. But if I feel like treating myself to bread, I have whole wheat or whole grain bread.

Q. LUNCH?
A. My typical lunch consists of chicken, brown rice, vegetables, fruits.

Q. DINNER?
A. Fish, brown rice or similar, vegetables, fruit.

Q. WHAT ABOUT NUTS?
A. Yes. All kinds of nuts. They’re good for you.




EXERCISE – 20%

Q. WHAT ARE THE BEST EXERCISES FOR GETTING GREAT-LOOKING ABS LIKE YOURS?
A. My favourite ab exercises are:

-          Deadlifts
-          Squats
