Normal people should train 3 times a week.

WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR TRAINING?
I arrived in
Israel from my native at age 19. I attended the Wingate Institute in Ukraine . The State of Israel concentrates at the Institute the educational, professional and scientific resources for the development of physical education, "sport for all", and elite sport and sport as a means of social and physical rehabilitation. Israel
I trained in the army: I started military service at age 24.
I became a COMBAT FITNESS OFFICER where I trained Israeli soldiers.
MILITARY KRAV MAGA
I also trained for Military Krav Maga Instructor which I completed with honor. Krav Maga
is a noncompetitive martial art and eclectic self-defense system developed in Israel that involves striking techniques, wrestling and grappling. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and extremely efficient, brutal counter-attacks.

In 1999, I won the bronze medal in the Israel National Competition
in the Adult 71kg category.

WHAT SPORTS DO YOU DO FOR FUN?
I love soccer.
HAVE YOU EVER NOT DONE SPORTS?
Never. I was born into a sporting family. My father is in his 70s and still plays soccer! So does my brother, of course.
He’s a professional soccer player.
